Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This way, you can enjoy the full duration of your reserved treatment time.
Cancelations
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please make sure to do so no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time, otherwise the funds you have paid would not be refundable and can not be used as a credit for future treatments.
Deposit
If you wish to book an appointment, a 50% deposit (upfront payment) is required for each service. The remaining balance can be paid on-site, either by debit card, credit card, or cash.

All personal information I receive from patients during treatments is used solely to provide the best possible care for your specific case. Your data and personal details are stored with the utmost care to ensure the highest level of confidentiality.
